POSITION SUMMARY: Assists Information Technology in leveraging of the bank’s hardware and software and in the ongoing maintenance of the bank’s information systems.  Essential functions and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assists in hardware/software implementation and troubleshooting activities
  • Responsible for computer setups and installation
  • Responsible for documenting any network or PC-related functions
  • Ensures information technology policies and procedures are updated appropriately

POSITION SUMMARY: Performs a variety of administrative and support tasks in a commercial banking environment. Assist with consumer and commercial loan applications, closing and post closing process for various loan types as necessary, assist customers with opening of new accounts and other customer service related functions.
