POSITION(S) CURRENTLY AVAILABLE: Imaging Clerk

POSITION SUMMARY
Utilizes imaging software to scan retail and loan documentation, creating electronic images for retention pursuant to regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensures all scanned documents are indexed correctly, completely, and in a timely manner pursuant to procedures.
  • Assists in developing and testing procedures for the scanning function.
  • Creates monthly warehousing boxes for paper retention, ensuring the destroy date is accurate.
  • Assists in the document destroy process.
  • Prepares daily reports as required for meetings.
  • Reviews all loan memos at month end to ensure compliant with meeting process.
  • Prepares weekly management reports as assigned.
  • Distributes certain documents to assigned personnel for verification.
  • Other associated tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other applicable Federal and state laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures
  • Responsible for completion of required annual training related to BSA/AML and other courses as assigned by Management.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exposure to scanning and or loan documents preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Effective human relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly.
  • Computer literate with ability to use basic office equipment and software including the Microsoft Office suite of products.
