April 2, 2010

Dear Online Banking Customer:
As part of our final completion of the merger between The Bank & Trust of Bryan/College Station and Texas Enterprise Bank, there are a few changes in regard to your online banking that will take place effective April 9th as outlined:

1. New website – www.banktbt.com
At the close of business on April 9th, online banking services will be unavailable while we migrate Texas Enterprise Bank customers to our new site. All services will be restored at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 12th. Please bookmark www.banktbt.com today!

2. Log In (Netteller ID) Codes -
Your login information has changed. From our website www.banktbt.com, click on the ‘Sign In’ link for Online Banking, the next screen will prompt you for your Netteller ID and Netteller Password. Effective April 12th, please use the following Netteller ID and Netteller Password to log in.

Netteller ID:                  Most Alias and Login IDs came over with no change – try your old ID first
Netteller Password:   last four digits of your Tax ID or Social Security Number

Upon successfully logging in, you will be immediately prompted to change your password, as well as set up three challenge questions to ensure further security. If you have any problems logging in, please contact us at 979-779-1920 or 979-260-2100 for assistance.

3. History, transfers, and BillPay payee information and recurring payments-

  • Account history will be available; however, images such as checks and deposit slips prior to April 12th will not be available.
  • All recurring transfers and transfer templates will not be available and will need to be set up on the new website.
  • All BillPay payees and pending bill payments will be available. All pending bill payments will still be pending and process as normal. BillPay history prior to April 12th will not be available. Please print a copy of this from your current website for your records.

We do not expect any of these changes to have an impact on your use of the bank’s products and services. What we do expect is a seamless transition to a very robust application. Please know that The Bank and Trust of Bryan/College Station is a locally owned and operated bank in every sense of the word and we are committed to offering our customers superb customer service, as well as products and services to meet your banking needs. Thank you for your business and support.

Warmest regards,
