POSITION(S) CURRENTLY AVAILABLE: LOAN SERVICING POST CLOSING CLERK (Full-time position)

POSITION SUMMARY:  Responsible for all post closing functions to support the Loan Administration Department, excluding one phase escrow calculations. Tasks include processing post closing non flood insurance on all loans, all force placed insurance; all escrow related set up and maintenance on Jack Henry and working exceptions as requested.

POSITION(S) CURRENTLY AVAILABLE: MORTGAGE LENDING OFFICER (Full-time position)

POSITION SUMMARY:  Generates mortgage banking applications for the Bank. Ensures that loans are processed and in compliance for delivery to secondary market investors. Assists with credit underwriting for all consumer 1-4 unit mortgage loan applications received by the bank for the bank portfolio. Services loan portfolio.
