POSITION SUMMARY:  Loan documentation preparation for consumer, commercial & real estate secured transactions, denied and withdrawn applications, and assist lending officers and assistants with application and origination processes.  Post loan closing functions to complete the application & loan origination process.  3+ years related experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:  Generates mortgage banking applications for the Bank. Ensures that loans are processed and in compliance for delivery to secondary market investors. Assists with credit underwriting for all consumer 1-4 unit mortgage loan applications received by the bank for the bank portfolio. Services loan portfolio.
